We begin by gathering insights from key stakeholders to understand your brand’s current position and future goals

The strategy

We’ll craft a your unique brand position, including a central brand concept, unique selling points, and mission, vision, and values. Initial concepts will be shared with key stakeholders for feedback.

Visual identity

This is where we delve into your visual story. We’ll build out your logo and icon design, develop identity concepts—colour palette, typography, and visuals—and provide three options, presenting them for your feedback.

Kick-off workshop

We’ll follow up with a 2 hour workshop to review insights and discuss brand positioning, unique selling points, and identity.

1 week

Brand story

We’ll define your brand voice and story, including personality, voice pillars, and vocabulary, all added to the online brand guidelines we’ll share with you.

1 week

Brand book

Your pdf brand guidelines will outline positioning, tone, and identity and will come with downloadable assets, ensuring consistency in applying the new brand.

FAQs

The price of our projects depend on the scope of work and tends to vary from project to project. The majority of our projects sit between £5k and £30k, and depends on the package or service selected. We generally have a minimum project size of £10k and prefer to agree a fixed cost with agreed milestone payments.

We are always open to feedback and we try and work with our clients on a unique basis to tailor specifically to your needs. We offer the ‘get up & go package’ for a fixed price of £8K, however add-ons and replacements can be made for an agreed price.

Building a custom brand typically takes around 6-10 weeks, while creating an entire brand identity, website, and marketing strategy can take upwards of 6 months. But we’re flexible—whether you need a phased launch or a quicker turnaround, we’ll tailor the process to fit your goals. We’ll make sure we’ll provide you with a well-structured timeline with milestones, ensuring your project stays on track while capturing what makes your brand unique.
