How do you define one "Active Request" and how is the throughput limited?
Your Active Request count (1 for Essentials, 2 for Growth) defines the number of unique design tasks our team is actively working on at any given moment.

Essentials (1 Active Request): You maintain an unlimited queue of tasks, but we work on the single highest-priority item at a time. As soon as that item is complete, we move immediately to the next task in your queue.

Growth (2 Active Requests): We work on your top two priority requests simultaneously, providing maximum velocity for running concurrent campaigns (e.g., a landing page and social ads running at the same time).

This metric is the clearest way to guarantee a consistent 48-hour turnaround and ensures you receive maximum, focused output from your Loga team.

What exactly is included in an "Active Request"? Does one task cover multiple sizes?
We define an Active Request by the core deliverable.

Yes, related variants are often included. For example, a request for a "Social Media Ad Campaign" is one task, and would include the primary ad creative plus up to 5 standard size variants (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

However, requests for entirely different deliverables - such as a pitch deck and an ad campaign - are considered separate active requests, as they require distinct creative resources and unique briefs.

If the Essentials plan is "unlimited design," why are the raw source files not included?
Every finalised asset (PNG, JPEG, PDF) delivered on the Essentials plan comes with full commercial usage rights. We only gate the raw source files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe files) because they represent creative ownership and the ability for you to internally self-service, customise, and adapt the designs without Loga.

Essentials is for teams focused on rapid, finished output.

Growth is for teams requiring ownership and a full library of adaptable creative IP for future scaling and internal use.

What is your typical turnaround time for revisions?
Our commitment is a 48-hour turnaround on the first draft of any request. Revisions are handled with the same dedication and urgency:

Minor Revisions (e.g., text, colour tweaks) are typically completed in 24 hours or less.

We use a dedicated project board to ensure feedback is clear and consolidated, which virtually eliminates the time wasted on email chains and constant back-and-forth.

Is Loga truly flexible? What if my design needs slow down next month?
Absolutely. Unlike hiring a permanent designer, all Loga subscription plans are month-to-month and can be paused anytime.

If you anticipate a slow period, simply pause your subscription. You will not be billed, and your spot in our system will be saved.

You can then restart your service instantly when your design needs return. We aim to be a flexible engine that scales perfectly with your company's creative demands.

Is the $699 Trial refundable? What happens after the 7 days are over?
 The $699 is a one-time fee for a week of high-value service - your "Design Starter Pack." It is non-refundable because we deliver tangible creative assets within that week.

After 7 days, your service will automatically pause. You will not be billed for a full month until you proactively choose to activate the Essentials or Growth subscription plan. It is a no-commitment gateway to prove our value.
